How can I place my order?

You can add products to cart on our website, or contact us on Facebook, or drop us a message over WhatsApp. We’ll just need your Name, Phone # and Delivery Address and one of our Customer Care Representatives will confirm your order.

How can I Pay for my order?

You can pay through COD (cash on delivery) and soon we will also have an option for online payment on the website.

Can I get a discount?

Our products are on discount, however on wholesale we offer a good discount.

Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver worldwide.

What are the Delivery charges?

The delivery charges are Rs 99 flat nationwide only. For international deliveries delivery charges will depend on destination and will be aligned with the customer before proceeding the order.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order easily on our website with the tracking id you will receive in the order shipping confirmation email you receive.

When will my order be delivered?

We deliver domestic order with 5 to 7 working days.

Can your products be cleaned with spirit or alcoholic swabs?

To get everlasting shine, we suggest to just clean it with simple water. Spirit or alcoholic swabs may damage to product’s shine.

Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please email or WhatsApp on +92 300 712 0000 with details of the product and the defect. We will replace with new fresh item instead of any repair work.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail or WhatsApp, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment, whichever suits you.
